When you arrive with your pet, the first thing we like to do is to get aquainted with you, your pet and what is the best grooming for you and your lifestyle. We like to give your pet a little time to get to know us before we start the grooming procedure. Doing this, the pet is at ease and will learn to trust us.

When we feel that your pet has become relaxed we start the grooming process. Depending on the breed, length of hair, condition we make a descision to do a pre-bath clip or go directly to the tub. It is in the tub that the pet is thoroughly checked over for fleas or other areas that may need special attention. The anal glad is also checked to see if it needs to be expressed. Then the pet is thoroughly washed with premium shampoos and conditioners.

The breeds that benefit from blow drying are always blow dried. This way they look soft and fluffy. Then it is time to do the finish grooming which includes cutting the nails, cleaning the ears, and styling the hair with finishing touches of bows or bandanas and a spritz of cologne.

Before your pet goes home he or she gets notes to take home for his family, complete with picture.

If you feel your pet needs a private grooming because of age or health, it can be arranged at additional charge.
