Let me introduce myself. My name is Karen Ketchum. I have been grooming since 1978 after graduating from the Midwest School of Dog Grooming in Chicago. In 1988, I achieved Certified Master Groomer status from International Professional Groomers, Inc. by taking practical and written exams on various breed of dogs.

Best Friends Grooming Salon was opened in August of 2002. I strive to give everyone personal, quality service with your pets comfort always the first consideration. Long stays are not necessary, they are usually ready to go home in three hours or less. Short stays result in less stress to the pet and they go home happy and looking good.
